This Black Bean Carob Brownie – Flourless is simply a must try today. I just love a little dessert, but when you tell me that my dessert is made with one of my favorite beans, I am almost in disbelief. It is high in fiber and naturally sweetened with date paste and a small pinch of sugar.
This healthy dessert is amazing. It is flourless, protein and fiber filled. I am a chocolate lover, but have not had any in 24 years because I choose not to eat anything with caffeine. I must say this reminds me of dark chocolate.
