Tofu meatloaf recipe
Dinner is often a tofu loaf for residents of Petron. This dish is likewise connected with hunger, but its chilly presentation makes it more of a summertime staple. This meatloaf is easy to make and doesn’t need much attention while cooking. To soften the vegetables, sauté them over medium heat in water or olive oil for about five minutes or until the onion turns clear.
The vegetables are put in last after everything else has been done. Try hard to mix everything well. Spread the mixture evenly in a loaf pan. After that, cover it with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Fifteen minutes after you add the topping, take the foil off the dish. Let the cake cool for a few minutes. Next, cut it into bite-sized pieces and serve it to your guests.
Main ingredients
Organic non-GMO Tofu
If you are attempting to follow a vegan lifestyle, be sure to use mashed organic Tofu. Tofu must be made using non-genetically modified (non-GM) soybeans in an environment free of pesticides and herbicides.
Dry Whole grain flake cereal
The high fiber content in dry Whole grain flake cereal may aid with satiety. When this happens, it’s easy to maintain a healthy weight.
Onion
Add chopped onions with the ingredients to achieve the most extraordinary onion taste without being too harsh.
Chopped Celery
Take a considerable amount of chopped celery to add depth to the meatloaf. At least 12 antioxidants, like vitamin C, beta-carotene, and flavonoids, are found in celery. As a result, celery keeps the meatloaf moist and flavorful.
Chopped Nuts
Including nuts in baked products is an excellent way to enhance taste and texture. Chopped nuts are great for baking because of their sweet taste and smooth texture. Still, they are also often used in savory dishes because they are versatile.
Italian Seasoning
In addition to dried herbs like basil, oregano, rosemary, thyme, and marjoram, many recipes call for sage, fennel seeds, garlic powder, or crushed red pepper flakes. It is truly a tasty sauce that goes well with meatloaf and Italian food!
Sage
Italian and British cuisines make liberal use of sage. Long, furry, grayish-green leaves characterize this plant. Both the aroma and flavor are strongly reminiscent of mint. Historically, it has been used to season and stuff fatty meats like hog and goose.

Instructions
- How to store the leftover meatloaf? Storing cooked vegan loaf in shallow, airtight containers in the fridge or securely wrapped in heavy-duty aluminum foil or plastic wrap will keep it fresh and edible for as long as possible. If properly frozen, it can keep for three to four months before losing quality. However, it may be eaten safely for much longer. This vegan Meatloaf recipe may be stored long after cooking if frozen in airtight containers, freezer bags, or aluminum foil/freezer wrap. Contrarily, meatloaf thawed in the microwave or cold water should be consumed immediately after preparation.
Notes
You may choose to use cashews, or pecans instead of walnuts. I normally make sure to blend them so that they can be evenly distributed throughout the recipe.
