I can remember when I made my first batch of Thumbprint Cookies. They didn’t last even an hour out of the oven.

Thumbprint Cookies
Ingredients
flour 1/2 wheat 1/2 white
pecan or almond flour
maple syrup
shredded coconut
coconut oil
baking powder
almond flavor
Jam of your choice

Ingredients
- 2 c. flour 1/2 wheat 1/2 white
- 1 c. pecan or almond flour
- 1 c. maple syrup
- 1 c. shredded coconut
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup oil
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. almond flavor
- A Jam of your choice
- For: 8 persons
- Preparation: 12 min
- Cooking: 20 min
- Ready in: 32 min
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Measure all dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Pour in oil, almond extract and water. Mix well.
- Shape in a ball, place on pre-sprayed sheet and using the thumb press down in the middle.
- Put a teaspoon of your favorite jam in the middle.
- Bake at 350 for about 15-18 minutes or until brown.
