I think this is The Best Broccoli Salad I have ever made, with broccoli, corn, grated carrots, diced onions and diced bell peppers. This salad is great, very nutritious, cancer fighting, cruciferous vegetable.
Tips For The Best Broccoli Salad
- Make sure that the broccoli is washed and dried properly before adding the dressing.
- Allow the salad to sit a few hours or even over night for the flavors to marinate. Allowing the salad to sit gives it a better flavor.
- Toss in some chopped nuts for added nutrients.

Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup loose corn
- 1/2 cup onions diced
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced, multi color
- 1/4 cup cranberries
- 1 TOFU MAYONNAISE Recipe (you can half it)
Instructions
- Wash and dry vegetables, and place them in a medium size mixing bowl.
- Cut broccoli into small pieces.
- Dice onion, celery, and the bell peppers.
- Grate the carrots and add it to the mixing bowl,
