- 1/2 cup raw peanuts
- 1/8 cup oat flour or flour
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup soy or almond milk
- 3/4 cup water
- 6 Pitted Dates
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp coriander or cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- Add the 3/4 cup of water to the pot and let it come to a boil while blending the other ingredients.
Add the following ingredients to the blender: dates, oats flour, coconut milk, soy or almond milk, vanilla, cinnamon peanuts, and salt.
Blend the ingredients until smooth.
- Pour the ingredients from the blender into the pot of boiling water.
