Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup Cashews, soaked overnight
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3-4 Dates, pitted
- For: 4
- Preparation: 5 min
- Cooking: 5 min
- Ready in: 10 min
Instructions
- Soak cashews overnight in water.
- Drain cashews and add it to the blender along with the other ingredients, salt, dates, vanilla and water.
- Blend the ingredients until it is a smooth consistency.
- Chill and serve,
