Gluten Steaks
Ingredients
- ¾ c walnuts or peacans or 1/2 c oil
- 1 c water
- 1 ½ c gluten flour
- 2 T Nutritional Yeast Flakes
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ½ small onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp sage
Broth
- 5 c water
- Soy sauce to taste
- Salt to taste
- 1 small onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
Instructions

Add the broth ingredients to a large pot while you mix the dry ingredients. Bring the water to a boil.

Blend all other ingredients except the gluten flour on high until it is smooth.

Pour the contents from the blender into a large mixing bowl or food processor with the gluten flour and knead.

Cut the gluten into quarter size small pieces and add to the boiling broth. Boil for about 45 minutes.

Create a dry batter for flouring the meat and fry or bake.

Add whatever sauce you desire.
