  • 1 tsp Coriander
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • Dash of Cayenne
  • 1 tsp Vegetable bouillion
  • Salt to Taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  1. Measure soy curls into a pan and add water. Bring the soy curls to a boil for about 8-10 minutes. Once it is done rehydrating, drain all the water.

  2. In a skillet add carrots, potatoes, onions, celery, garlic, all the spices listed, and oil. Allow the herbs to cook down with the potato and carrots until the carrots and potato are both tender.

  3. Add the tomato paste and allow it to cook for about 7-8 minutes.

  4. Add the coconut milk and water as it is needed and depending on if you desire gravy or not.
