Carob Treats

Course Dessert

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup carob chips
  • 2 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp. honey
  • 2 cup granola
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • ½ cup walnuts chopped

Instructions
 

  • Spread peanut butter around in the bottom of a glass dish, pour carob chips in the middle and sit on a double boiler or place in a microwave oven for 2 minutes or until the peanut butter is soft and hot.
  • Add coconut, sweetener, granola and walnuts. Mix well. Line baking sheet with wax or parchment paper and spread mix out and cut in squares or drop spoonfuls on the sheet.
  • Refrigerate. Serve when hard.
