- 1 Spaghetti sauce recipe
- 1 box Lasagna
- 1 pack Veggie Shredded cheese
- 1 Bag of Fresh spinach leaves
- 1 1/2 lb Firm tofu drained and mashed
- 1 Large onion chopped
- 1 cup Tomato chopped
- 1 cup Bell pepper chopped
- 1 tbsp Chicken style seasoning or salt to taste
- 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp Yeast flakes
- 1-2 Garlic cloves chopped
Steam herbs in 1/4 cup of water. Onions, tomato and bell peppers.
Add the mashed tofu, and all other ingredients.
Simmer for a few minutes.
Season to taste
Layer in a 9 x 12” baking dish the following: 1/2 cup tomato sauce, Lasagna, Tofu, Veggie shreds, Fresh spinach
leaves. Repeat. Finish with lasagna, tofu, and cheese over the top.
Bake for 1 hour covered at 350ºF .
Take the cover off after baking.
