A popular milk substitute is Soy Milk, a plant-based non-dairy beverage. From soybeans, this milk is produced. Numerous companies add vitamins and minerals, like calcium and vitamin D, to their soy milk. It has a nutritional composition, a creamy texture, and a wide range of culinary applications.

This milk is made by grinding soybeans, soaking them in water, cooking them, and then straining the mixture to separate the solids from the liquid. It is then sweetened, flavored, and packaged for sale at stores or as part of a meal plan for people with dietary restrictions or allergies.

Recovery after exercise
Soy milk contains protein, which is the building block of muscle. It’s a great source of protein, containing all nine essential amino acids your body needs. It is one of the best sources of vitamin E. Vitamin E is an essential nutrient that’s good for your skin, hair, and nails. It helps keep them soft and healthy by improving blood circulation to them. It also contains a lot of protein, which is important because protein helps keep hair strong and thick.
