SEA MOSS SMOOTHIE RECIPE
This easy green sea moss smoothie is loaded is simple and quick to make. Based on the fact that the taste is amazing, it has loads of vitamins, minerals and protein. It can be used as a meal replacement.
- Blender
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tbsp protein powder or almond butter
- 1 cup Almond milk or Quinoa milk
- 1 tbsp sea moss gel
- I have been using a VITAMIX for about 2 decades. I find that it is the best for blending. It is powerful and blends until it is extremely smooth. When I bought my blender, I had gotten tired of purchasing blenders and also the ingredients were not so smooth. I find that the VITAMIX makes everything smooth.
- So add frozen ingredients to the base.
- Next, add the liquid of your choice. My favorite is my Almond Milk Recipe or Quinoa Milk, which has few ingredients, and no sugar added.
- Blend ingredients until it is smooth. Start on low and build up speed by turning the speed gradually. Blend for about 50-60 seconds or until smooth.
- Enjoy!
- Pour into your favorite glass and chew as you drink.
