Lentil Stew
Ingredients
- 2 cup Lentil dry
- 8 cup Water
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 Tbsp Thyme
- 1 Bay leaf
- 1 cup TVP soy beef like granules
- 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- 2 cup Tomato sauce
- 1 cup Pumpkin diced
- 1 cup Sweet pepper
- 1 cup Carrots chopped
- 1 cup Celery chopped
- 1 cup Onion chopped
- 2 med Sweet Potatoes diced
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
- Braggs Liquid Amino
- 1 Tbsp Chicken Style Seasoning
Instructions

Boil lentils until half done. Add all other ingredients and add salt to taste, once the stew is finished.

Thicken with 1/2 cup water and 1 Tbsp of corn starch. Mix well before adding.
