Bread Pudding inspired by Idamae Hanna
Ingredients
- 7 cups Whole wheat bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup Raisin
- 1/2 cup Coconut
- 1/2 cup Crushed pineapple
- 1 tbsp. Molasses
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1-2 Bananas
- 3/4 cup Honey
- 1 tsp. Coriander
- 1 1/2 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Walnuts chopped
- 1/2 cup Whole-wheat flour
- 1 1/2 cup Coconut milk
