- 2 cups Unbleached white flour
- 2 tsp. Rumford baking powder
- 1 tsp. Coriander or Cinnamon
- 8- Bananas mashed
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 cup Turbinado sugar natural
- 1/2 cup Soy margarine melted
Using a medium size mixing bowl, cream the margarine and sugar together until smooth. Add mashed bananas, and other ingredients. Mix well.
Pour into a pre-sprayed pan and bake at 350ºF for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
