Ingredients
- 2 cups Unbleached white flour
- 2 tsp. Rumford baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. Coriander
- 8- Bananas, mashed
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 cup Cane sugar
- 1/2 cup Soy margarine, melted or oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Using a medium size mixing bowl, cream the margarine and sugar together until smooth.
- Add mashed bananas, and other ingredients. Mix well. Pour into a pre-sprayed pan and bake at 350ºF for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve

How To Make Sure You Will Make Good Bread?
- Make sure the bananas are ripe.
- Make sure not to take it out of the oven before it is done.
- Allow the bread to cool before cutting it.
