This fast can be done for 1-3 days with much success for detoxing, weight loss, loads of energy and beautiful glowing skin. If you are able to complete three days then coming of the fast you would try to limit your intake of oily, sugary and highly seasoned foods and consume mixed fruit, grains and soups with salads.
